SUBJECT:           Preventive Measures for the Upcoming Storm

Dear Residents:

This is to advise you that the Corporation has taken precautionary measures to protect your deck furnishings during the upcoming tropical storm. The site staff was directed to move all deck furniture, decorative items, lights and plants into shareholder units to protect them. Any movable item can become a projectile or missile in heavy winds that could crash through windows and doors causing major water damage to the interiors of the units.

To assist the staff in completing this task prior to the start of the storm, if you are in residence, kindly bring your deck furnishings into your unit.
